SharePoint Medical AI Assistant Development

I maintain an internal SharePoint site for our medical clinic. From that site staff jump into a separate patient-report portal. I now need an AI assistant embedded in this flow so that, the moment a report is opened, the agent:

• Generates a concise, plain-text summary of the patient report
• Highlights recommended follow-up actions and preventive measures drawn directly from the data

The summaries must appear right inside the existing SharePoint/portal pages—no extra clicks, no external windows. I’m comfortable if you use Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, or another approach; what matters is that the solution sits securely behind our Microsoft 365 tenant, respects role-based access, and works entirely in text for now.

Key points I will test before sign-off:
1. A sample report returns a clear paragraph-style summary.
2. Follow-up and preventive recommendations are listed underneath, sourced from the report’s findings.
3. The whole process completes inside the current user session with no noticeable lag.
