CI/CD Setup for Full-stack apps on Azure - 20 hours per week, Mid-August to Mid-October -- 2

I need an experienced DevOps engineer to automate builds and deployments for our Django + Next.js web applications using Azure DevOps, Docker. Key Requirements: - Implement a robust CI/CD pipeline in Azure DevOps - Set up Docker containers for our applications - Understand the backend & frontend stacks to resolve build/deployment issues - Ensure reproducibility when deploying to different clients' Azure tenants - Setup alerts and monitoring for failures in pipeline actions - Keep platform costs to a minimal - Ensure the process is well-documented Ideal Skills: - Strong expertise in Azure DevOps and Git - Proficient in Docker and CI/CD concepts - Experience with Azure cloud services - DevOps background for general monitoring and maintenance of Cloud resources - Should be able to advice on/setup monitoring services of the full-stack app (e.g. sentry, etc.) - Solid background in Django and Next.js frameworks and PostGres DB Current State & Scope: - Starting from scratch - No deployments yet. Applications currently run only locally - Initial deployment for 1 client through end of 2025 - No existing Azure infrastructure or constraints (greenfield project) - Healthcare compliance requirements must be considered - Monolithic architecture initially, but pipeline should accommodate future microservices - Future integrations planned: Sentry, SendGrid, Google APIs Looking for someone who can deliver a reliable and robust CI/CD environment, adhering to strict deadlines.
