Senior Healthcare SaaS/AI Systems Consultant
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking for a senior Healthcare SaaS / AI Systems Engineer to spend 1–2 hours with our internal development team in a highly technical architecture and operations session.
Our internal team is technically strong, but we are looking for someone who can help guide architecture, workflows, infrastructure decisions, and operational thinking around healthcare systems and AI-driven products.
The environment includes technologies such as:
* React / Next.js
* Python / Node.js
* AI/LLM systems (OpenAI, Claude, RAG, document extraction)
* Azure cloud infrastructure
* Async/event-driven workflows
* Document processing pipelines
We are specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience with areas such as:
* Healthcare SaaS platforms
* HIPAA-aware system architecture
* AI document processing / OCR pipelines
* Patient / provider / claims-style workflows
* Auditability and secure data handling
* Queue/event-driven architectures
* Healthcare data validation patterns
* Production AI workflow reliability
This is not a pure coding role.
We want someone who can look at an existing system, identify architectural or operational risks early, explain real-world healthcare workflow considerations, and help our engineering team avoid common mistakes before they become expensive problems later.
The ideal person has:
* Real production healthcare platform experience
* Strong system design and backend architecture thinking
* Practical AI / LLM implementation experience
* Experience with Azure or enterprise cloud environments
* The ability to explain complex technical and operational concepts clearly to engineers
* Strong English communication skills (B2+ minimum)
* Availability to work and collaborate during US time zones
If you have experience building healthcare AI systems, healthcare operations platforms, document automation systems, or regulated SaaS infrastructure, we would love to speak with you.
