Red Hat server administration on Azure - coaching and configuration

We will set up a Red Hat demo environment on Azure and are looking for a person who has very strong skills on Red Hat server administration and who knows the way around in the Azure VM environment. The person we are looking for will help us to configure the server and will coach us on the specifics of this environment. It is as important to be a good coach, who is able to help others to grow their skills, as it is to master the underlying technology.
As coaching is a key element, you will need to be fluent in English and be available for interactive sessions in e.g., Zoom, Skype, and Teams. Experiences from running the IBM stack, with products like DB2 and WebSphere, on Red Hat would be a plus.
