RDP on Azure disabled

The RDP client on my Azure VM has become disabled. There are steps that need to be followed as suggested by Microsoft but as I haven't done this before I'd prefer to have someone who knows what they are doing follow those steps.

If you have a rating > 4.9 and proven previous experience get in touch.

Payment for the milestone will occur once the VM can be reached by RDP again.
