QNap NAS-Azure Integration for Local Access

I am seeking an experienced IT professional or team to establish a direct Ethernet connection between my QNap NAS drive and office Azure network. Our office predominantly operates on a Windows system, hence needing a candidate who is well adept with the Windows operating system.
Key tasks include:
- Setting up a direct Ethernet connection: Your primary task will be to successfully establish a direct Ethernet connection ensuring smooth and numberless functionality.
- User Access Management: Different users within our team should have varying levels of access to the QNap NAS drive once the connection is set. This needs careful organization and setting up, and will require a good understanding of user permissions in a Windows environment.
Ideal candidates will have substantial experience with QNAP NAS drives, Azure and Windows networks, as well as with structuring and managing user access levels. AWS and Cisco certification along with a background in IT for small to medium businesses would be beneficial.
