Python Azure Voice Tutor

I need a developer who can turn my concept for an AI-powered voice tutor into a working cloud solution built in Python and deployed on Microsoft Azure. The first release must understand and speak both English and Greek, leveraging Azure Cognitive Services (Speech to Text, Text to Speech, possibly Language Studio) so learners can hold natural, spoken conversations with the tutor.

Core scope
• Set up all required Azure resources and authentication.
• Write the Python back-end that receives user speech, processes it with Azure, and returns spoken answers.
• Integrate dialogue logic that lets me script lesson content and easily extend it later.
• Package everything so it can be tested through a simple web or command-line interface.

Acceptance
The code should run end-to-end in my Azure subscription, respond in the two target languages with clear pronunciation, and include concise setup documentation so I can redeploy or hand it to another team member without guesswork.
