Process Improvement Advice Azure / Microsoft

Looking to move my manual processes into a cloud based solution. Currently I use sharepoint for storing excel files. I need the data regularly moving via an ETL process to an azure database.

The technologies I'm exploring are:

- Power Automate
- Synapse
- Data Factory

I need help from someone who has experience with these technologies who can recommend the best way forward based on my requirements
