Practice Management Webapp in Azure
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
Main goal: The development of a webapp for registration processes in special education.
Explanation:
The registration processes relate to workprocesses of administrators, teachers and behavioral scientists: as such this registration webapp functions as a practicemanagement software.
This webapp is offered to special schools as a SAAS solution.
The Conditions:
The conditions for taking on this assignment are:
(1) one must be willing to develop this webapp in our Azure cloud environment (an email address will be assigned to work in our closed environment).
(2) one must agree that authorship and ownership stays with our organization.
Main charateristics in general terms:
Shortly expressed a simple looking front-end GUI should be developed with CRUD functions towards an SQL database.
There are three main functions (work processes):
(1) registration of pupils by the administration (3 modules);
(2) registration of pupils classroom behavior and results by the teacher (3 modules);
(3) development of a pupil treatment plan by the behavioral scientist (1 module).
More specific requirements related to the above functions:
ad 1.
The webapp shoud make connection with the governmental database of pupil registration.
The webapp should be able to automatically read ID files into our SQL database
ad 2.
The registration should automatically register the time of registation, where the teacher may select the date or week to which his/her registration refers to.
The registration may select any time or time frame, and may also select any column variable from the SQL database
ad 3.
Various treatment protocols may be assigned to a pupil (for example Applied Behavior Analysis), including behavioral measurements in database tables (using the front-end GUI with CRUD functions).
Files:
We have various specific files to be read by the invited and interested party:
- an SRS document (including 'printscreens' how the program should look on a desktop)
- an Excel document as an example how the Azure SQL database should look like.
Procedure/ current situation:
If you as an individual contractor are interested in taking on this assignment on the above conditions, the above files wll be shared with you through google drive in a secure, private and controlled/limited manner.
If then further aggreed upon the specific requirements, delivery date and price, a contract agreement may then signed by both parties.

1000 euro
Current situation:
The software is already developed for 35% but needs to be finished.
