Need support for azure migration

I have project regarding with on-premise to azure migration, I can do the task but need an overall architectural guidance in the same, like what are the best tools and optimisations. Currently ;'m good in aws and can handle migration to AWS but not sure about on premise to azure migration. If someone interested please let me know, I need advice for the optimised architectural setup for the same.
