Need to develop a Power Automate flow to perform actions based on the MS form submission in Azure

I am looking for a developer who can help me develop a Power Automate flow to perform actions based on MS form submissions in Azure. The ideal candidate should have experience in the following:
- Power Automate: The developer should be proficient in using Power Automate to automate processes and perform actions based on form submissions.
- Azure DevOps: I need the developer to be able to trigger Azure DevOps pipelines based on the form data.
- MS Forms: The developer should have experience integrating MS Forms with Power Automate to create a seamless workflow.
- SharePoint: It would be a plus if the developer has experience creating SharePoint list items based on form submissions.
- Microsoft Excel: The developer should be able to update Excel files based on form submissions.
The Power Automate flow should be able to handle form submissions at a frequency of 10-50 times a day.
