Need to build Azure landing zone from scratch

I am looking for an experienced Azure developer to build an Azure landing zone from scratch. The primary goal of the landing zone is to achieve security and compliance while also ensuring cost optimization and performance and scalability. The workload is expected to be medium, with around 50-100 VMs. I require some level of automation for the landing zone, preferably intermediate with some automation. The ideal candidate should have experience in building Azure landing zones, and be proficient in Azure security and compliance. Strong knowledge of Azure automation and scripting is a must. The project will require collaboration with our in-house team, so excellent communication skills are also required.
