Need an Azure specialist with Cosmos experience

We are inheriting a MERN software project that we'll need to extend. Our MERN developer is not an Azure expert. We need someone that can be our Azure guy/gal - knowledge of Cosmos, Azure performance metrics and cost estimates, and experience with DevOps and creating multiple environments (dev, staging, prod). This is part time for now but we expect would grow to full time in the medium-future.
