Need Azure PaaS expert architect to help in app assessment, for migrating legacy app to azure PaaS

Need Azure PaaS senior architect (Az304, az303 certified with min. 8 years experience in Azure PaaS) to help in app assessment, for migrating legacy app to azure PaaS. Only guidance is required at high level. This project has around 30 legacy applications, as part of this assessment, each application needs to be assessed whether can be migrated to azure PaaS or not.
