Need an Azure Administrator

I need an Azure Expert to help me with a projet.

Please, if you are thinking that by following some tutorial on Google you will be able to completed this job, don't bid.
I need:
- Some one with experience
- Some on who can respect the delay of 4 days

I already had 2 freelancer working on this projet and their were not able to make it.


1. Azure
- Check Azure security
- Make connection from Canada USA available
- Make connection from the world if user is in a Azure Group (GCM-O365-ROAMING)

2. Autopilot (only people in groupe (GCM-O365-INTUNE)
- Fix some software that are not installing in the setup (Nitro PDF and PDF Creator)
- Change the default language to French Canada and the default keyboard as french canadian also)
- Fix LAPS
- Add setup for automatic Azure VPN when people are not in the office
- If we have time, I have a lot of software to deploy

3. Azure Infrstructure
- Create a VPN between the Office (Unifi) to Azure (3 subnets) (ikev2)
- Create a VPN server for remote connection to Azure (People in the group GCM-O365-VPN-AZURE) (10.31.0.0/24) If possible, authentification with username and password. No certificat. Some people will access from personnel computer.
- Create a Azure subnet for server (10.30.0.0/24)

4. VN
- Migrate a physical workstation to Azure Add (can be done tomorrow)

5. Ressource
- Clean all the ressources that are not needed.



People from outside:

- Connect to the Azure VPN and can access server in Azure and Also the Office subnet.

People from the office:

- Unifi will be connect to Azure and people will have access to this subnet.
