Migrate Greencloud Server to SharePoint
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
I need our entire 600 GB Greencloud DC file server moved into Microsoft 365 SharePoint with zero data loss and minimal downtime for my six-person team. Everything on the old server is document based, so the migration is straightforward in content but large in volume.
The new environment should be organised strictly by project: each project sitting in its own library or site collection, with project-wise folders inside. We do not require granular permissions—everyone will share the same access level—so you can keep the permission model simple and inherit it across all libraries.
Your work will cover planning, tool selection, execution and post-migration validation. I expect you to use Microsoft 365 Business Premium resources—Migration Manager, SharePoint Admin Center, PowerShell scripts or any reliable third-party tool you recommend—to handle the transfer securely and to preserve file names, versions, timestamps and existing folder hierarchy.

• Complete migration of 600 GB with integrity checks and verification report
• Clear hand-off notes: site architecture diagram, admin settings, and rollback steps
