Microsoft 365 and Azure AD Expert Needed

I'm seeking an expert to assist with several Microsoft 365 and Azure AD-related queries and configurations.
Key Tasks:
- Stopping MFA for helpdesk users during Azure AD device join.
- Setting up alternatives to SMTP auth for multifunctional devices (e.g., scan to email using Azure Communication Service).
- Backing up options for unlicensed OneDrive accounts, as Microsoft is discontinuing data storage.
- Microsoft going to bring changes to outbound mail connector so whats the solution to continue to receive email from mimecast etc.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, MFA, and FIDO2.
- Experience with Conditional Access policies.
- Familiarity with Azure Communication Services and SMTP alternatives.
