The runbook is mandatory and will be described here, so you can collaborate while using communication tools such as Teams.

Experience in developing with ASP.NET Core and experience in building an environment on Windows Azure
One point is about file upload (BlobStrage), which includes setting up Azure BlobStrage and developing where files can be uploaded and displayed.
The second point includes the development of distributed cache (Session management).
Both are for checking the maintenance of Session and image display by the distributed cache even when one of the AppServices is stopped when load balancing is set in C # development.
