Log forwarding in dynatrace from Azure

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with a project involving log forwarding in Dynatrace from Azure. The ideal candidate should have experience in Azure Monitor Logs and be familiar with Dynatrace.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Azure Monitor Logs for log management in Azure
- Ability to forward all types of logs from Azure to Dynatrace
- Experience in setting up log forwarding for both performance and security monitoring in Dynatrace
- Strong understanding of event hub and Azure function.
