Intune & Entra ID Auto-Enrollment Optimization

We are looking for a skilled freelancer to assist with the setup and configuration of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), and the Company Portal to streamline PC auto-enrollment and application deployment. The goal is to ensure that PCs automatically enroll into Intune when users log in for the first time and that all necessary apps and updates are deployed seamlessly. This role involves troubleshooting existing issues, refining policies, and optimizing the process.
Key Tasks
Device Enrollment Setup:
Configure Intune and Entra ID to enable auto-enrollment of Windows PCs during the first user login.
Resolve issues with primary user assignment and ensure devices are correctly linked to their users.
Investigate and fix errors in the Company Portal, such as "Checking Access to Company Resources" and app visibility problems.
App Deployment and Updates:
Use Winget and Intune to automate the deployment of specified applications to enrolled devices.
Create and enforce policies for application installation and system updates.
Ensure smooth app installation workflows for non-admin users.
Troubleshooting and Optimization:
Diagnose and resolve errors such as missing apps in the Company Portal and syncing issues with Intune.
Investigate and resolve permissions-related challenges for non-admin accounts.
Ensure proper operation of devices and applications post-enrollment.
Software Installation:
Ensure pre-defined software is installed on specific devices during the enrollment process.
