IaC and CICD Expert for Azure / Terraform

I have existing infrastructure resources and code, which is not automated. I'm looking for Azure expert, who can automate both aspects using existing setup. Must be able to show your existing work to get this work. When you bid, use exact amount for bidding, don't use placeholder bids to get started. Involved components to work on are Functions, Static Web App, Key vault, Scheduled tasks, Storage account, Application insights and Database.
