Host my Laravel app on Azure

I am looking for a freelancer to host my laravel web app on Azure. I already have an Azure account, the app and the database, I just need someone to set up the database for me and host the app. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Experience with Azure hosting
- Knowledge of database setup and configuration
- Familiarity with web app deployment on Azure
