Help Implementing Azure Devops Extension SDK

I am looking for someone to help me implement an Azure Devops Extension SDK on my development environment. I currently have an Azure Devops subscription and do not require help with authentication identity configuration. It would be beneficial if the person assisting has experience with Azure Devops Extension SDK in particular.
