A Virtual Machine is hosted on a physical server that is running inside an Azure Datacenter. The physical server runs as an agent called the host agent in addition to a few other Azure components on the physical server to become unresponsive(usually caused by hardware failure).

a.2 Types of alerts if a host Failure contains a Middleware Server.
b. Azure Infrastructure level -Identify Azure VM health status.
