Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and independent Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in building robust and scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot), Angular/React, Node.js, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate will also be skilled in developing and consuming RESTful APIs, setting up Azure DevOps pipelines, and creating custom reporting dashboards or tools. You will be expected to work independently or with minimal supervision while contributing across the full development life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js
Build dynamic and responsive front-end interfaces using Angular or React
Design and manage NoSQL databases (MongoDB) for optimal performance
Develop, test, and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
Generate custom reports and dashboards based on user requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business and technical alignment
Take full ownership of assigned modules and deliver independently
Write clean, reusable, and testable code with proper documentation
Ensure application security, scalability, and performance tuning
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot) for backend development
Proficient in Angular or React for front-end UI development
Hands-on with Node.js for server-side scripting or microservices
Expertise in MongoDB and working with large datasets
Deep understanding of REST API design, implementation, and security
Experience in Azure DevOps for code repositories, CI/CD, and deployment
Experience with reporting tools like Jasper Reports, Power BI, or custom dashboards
Ability to work independently and take ownership of complete modules or features
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Exposure to the latest technologies and DevOps practices
Location: Remote but one day in month
