Fix website glitches , Search, Email Issues for bulk email campaigns

My e-commerce site is hosted on Microsoft Azure and three separate problems are hurting sales and engagement:
1) Customers report payment glitches—transactions sometimes stall or throw gateway errors, and a few orders show the wrong totals. I need the root cause identified, patched, and test purchases run to confirm everything reconciles correctly in the gateway dashboard and my database.
2) The on-site search has become unreliable. Some queries return nothing, others take several seconds, and relevance scoring feels off. Please review the current search implementation, optimise the index, and fine-tune ranking so results appear quickly and accurately.
3) I’m running a bulk email campaign, yet most messages are landing in spam. The task here is to audit DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), sending IP reputation, email headers, and content, then apply improvements that move us to the inbox. A small proof campaign should demonstrate improved deliverability.

• Clean, documented code/configuration changes committed to my repository
• Live testing evidence: successful payment receipts, fast & relevant search screenshots, and email deliverability metrics (e.g., inbox placement rate)
• Short hand-off guide outlining any ongoing maintenance needed
