Fix Azure Publish Issue in VS 2017

I'm unable to publish my Visual Studio 2017 website to my Azure account after rebuilding Windows 11. I suspect it's a password or configuration issue since I’ve done this successfully before.

Requirements:
- Resolve authentication error when connecting to Azure
- Assist in setting up correct publishing profile or credentials

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with Visual Studio 2017 and Azure integration
- Strong troubleshooting skills for authentication issues
