Enabling of Diagnostic settings in Azure API Management (Azure monitor)

I have a small project that involves accessing Azure Cloud, navigating to the API Management service, selecting "APIs," and then "All APIs." From there, you'll need to go to the Settings tab on the right-hand side and enable the Azure Monitor option using Terraform. After enabling it, the settings need to be configured according to specific requirements.
