DevOps migration help
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need help configuring Azure DevOps Console (not on AWS). I just used the DevOps wizard to install, and I only have 2 replicas, so I think this setup is straightforward. I already setup High Availability on SQL server and it is working. How much would you charge me for fixing below issues?
I have 2 servers (primary and secondary replica) that are the same hardware and software. They are both running Windows Server 2022 Datacenter, version 10.0.20348. They are x64-based PC. They are both running SQL Server 2019 and Azure DevOps Server 2020.

1. How do I turn on Always On Availability for DevOps? Or is this necessary for version 2020?
2. How do I set the MultisubnetFailover option to true in the connection string for an already running deployment of Azure DevOps Server? Is this necessary?
3. If you are cloning your TFS collection then you have to run ChangeServerId. Does this apply to me?
4. Please explain the attached Microsoft documents on Service Accounts. This is confusing to me.
5. After configuring the software on the new server, provide to me all the steps I need to take to switch over from the old to the new server, so that the new server is fully operational: including DevOps, SSMS, and SSRS.
