Deploying Dotnet Console application in customer's Azure environment

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me deploy my Dotnet Console application in my customer's Azure environment. Here are the project details:
This application needs to be run once in a day at 00:00(HH:MM) and it will take only 5 mins to run and this needs to communicate with the other application in the customer's azure environment privately and pull the data so billing of azure resource should be based on per execution or for less duration.

Target Azure Environment:
- Azure App Service or Azure functaion or azure automation

Credentials and Access:
- Yes, I have the necessary credentials and access to the target Azure environment.

Level of Support Required:
- Partial support

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in deploying Dotnet Console applications in Azure App Service
- Strong knowledge of Azure App Service configuration and setup
- Familiarity with Azure environment and deployment best practices
- Ability to provide partial support during the deployment process
