Deploy Laravel Tailwind to Azure

I already have an active Microsoft Azure account, and the goal is to get my Laravel + Tailwind application live there. The source code still needs a bit of clean-up—env variables, build scripts, and deployment pipeline are not fully organised—so I need guidance and hands-on help preparing those assets before we push anything to Azure.

Scope of work
• Review the current repository, structure it for Azure App Service (or an alternative Azure hosting option you recommend).
• Configure Composer, NPM, and Tailwind build steps so they run automatically during deployment.
• Set up environment variables, storage, and any other PHP extensions required on the Azure side.
• Deploy the application, confirm it serves correctly over HTTPS, and hand over a repeatable deployment workflow (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar).

Notes
• No database is required for this project, so you can skip MySQL/PostgreSQL provisioning.
• You will have temporary contributor access to my Azure subscription.
• Clear written instructions or a short Loom walk-through of the steps you take will be part of the final hand-off so I can reproduce the process in the future.
