Deploy Azure WAMP application in Azure Web app service

We have an application developped with Mysql and PHP. we have deployed Azure web app service and Azure mysql database and migrated the application. However the migration is blocking we need someone to review and apply right configuration to allow proper communication between App service and Mysqldb.
