Databricks on azure writing to Cosmos database issue

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with a specific issue I am experiencing with writing to the Cosmos database using Databricks on Azure. The issue I am facing is a connection error. I have attempted troubleshooting steps on my own, but unfortunately, the issue still remains.
