Custom Microsoft Power App Build
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want to replace a patchwork of spreadsheets and email threads with a single Microsoft Power App that captures data, enforces simple business rules, and gives me clean, searchable records. The exact workflow is still flexible, so I’m looking for someone who can guide me through best-practice design, build the app, and publish it to my tenant.
Key points I already know:
• It must work inside Microsoft 365 so my team can open it without extra licenses.
• Secure sign-in with Azure AD is required.
• I may want to surface the finished app in Teams or SharePoint—show me the pros and cons of each.
Typical screens will include: data entry, an approval step, and a dashboard that lets me filter or export the records. I’ll provide sample data and field lists once we kick off.
Deliverables
1. Functional Canvas or Model-Driven Power App published to my environment.
2. Written setup & hand-over guide (export package, environment variables, connection details).
3. A short walk-through video or live call so my team can start using it immediately.
Acceptance Criteria
– All fields save correctly and display in the dashboard.
– Role-based security matches the matrix I’ll supply.
– No delegation warnings for datasets under 50 k rows.
