Create and deploy simple PoC .Net Core applications on Azure
Budget: $80 – $110 AUD
Need the following to be done:
1. Create the Azure resources as mentioned in the article here:

Note that, DevOps pipelines and Sendgrid setup is not needed.
2. Deploy the applications on Azure. Code is here:

The application should run properly. Azure account will be provided.
