Connectivity between office computer and VM in Microsoft Auzre

I'm looking for a technical expert to help me facilitate a connection between my office computer, which is running Windows, and a VM in Azure. The type of connectivity I'm looking for is a VPN connection, though I don't have any specific security measures in mind for this connection. The contractor should have experience with setting up VPN connections for connecting computers across different networks. I'm looking for a solution that will efficiently and securely get the two systems connected, so prior experience with projects of this nature would be a plus. Both computers should be able to ping each other. The connectivity should not get disturbed EVENIF VM in Microsoft Azure is restarted everyday.
