Connection building between Azure Servers (SUSE LInux and Windows)

We are looking for Azure expert to look into one issue we are facing with connection issue while running SAP Business One Application , you need to have knowledge of Azure VMs and its networking and connection.
Also knowledge of SUSE linux and SAP business one will be needed to setup a connection.

We need to ping linux server from windows to establish the connection between both.
Also need RDC secured access of linux VM.
