Comprehensive Azure Setup

I'm looking for an expert in Azure services to help set up my Azure environment. The focus will be primarily on:

- Virtual Machines
- Azure SQL Database
- Azure Active Directory

The primary purpose of this setup is for data storage and management. I do not have an existing data storage solution that needs to be migrated to Azure; everything will be set up from scratch.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Azure services, particularly with Virtual Machines, Azure SQL Database and Azure Active Directory
- Strong skills in data storage and management
- Ability to set up Azure from scratch without the need for migration.
