Comprehensive Azure Landing Zone template creation

This SaaS solution enables organizations to automatically generate and deploy Azure landing zones via easy-to-use wizards, increasing cloud adoption and efficiency.

The solution should utilize the github solutions to run customers through an easy to understand wizard and guide them in making decisions using something like the azure landing zone accelerator. From there, the parameters should be passed over to the configuration engine (most likely the open source cloudamize configurator) to create the arm/terraform template with all the necessary configurations. There are missing components like the advanced networking or security, etc but those templates are available as accelerators on github so they are easily added.
The second part of the solution is managed services (finops, cloud optimization, governance) where there are other open source github solutions available specifically designed.
As new accelerators or solutions are added to github, they should be easily added to the solution.

Payment done in 2 phases - Phase 1 completion of the wizard+template generator, Phase 2 completion and integration of the finops/governance modules. The price/budget/timeline is not set - I set an arbitrary budget for posting.
Do not waste my time saying it's a bigger project or that it is complicated. This is mostly an integration project of existing github solutions into a comprehensive cohesive solution that should be cost effectively deployed as a SaaS boilerplate solution.
Decision criteria: Cost is primary, Timeline is secondary but quality over all so if it will take more time to produce the higher quality solution, that's ok.
Documentation is required for the final solution (how to run the overall solution as well as the end user documentation).
