I'm seeking an expert for a multifaceted Azure deployment project. The scope encompasses frontend, backend, and database deployment, alongside Azure DevOps pipeline setup and final testing and optimizations.

Key Tasks:

1. Frontend Deployment (Azure Static Web Apps)
- Set up the Azure Static Web App
- Configure CI/CD in Azure DevOps
- Conduct thorough testing & verification

2. Backend Deployment (Azure App Services in 3 Regions with Front Door)
- Set up App Services in three regions
- Configure Front Door for load balancing
- Handle VNet integration & networking setup
- CI/CD configuration in Azure DevOps
- Perform testing & verification

3. Database Deployment (MongoDB Atlas with Azure VNet Peering)
- Provision a MongoDB Atlas cluster for both Prod and Dev
- Configure VNet peering with Azure
- Set up backup & monitoring systems
- Testing & verification

4. Azure DevOps Pipeline Setup
- Define CI/CD pipelines for both frontend & backend
- Implement security measures, access controls, and environment setup
- Conduct testing & optimization

5. Final Testing & Optimizations
- Carry out end-to-end integration testing
- Perform performance tuning & documentation
