No-Code WhatsApp AI Health Bot

I need a fully functional HPulse WhatsApp AI bot that can chat in multiple languages and give quick, reliable symptom-checking advice through text messages only. I already have access to a WhatsApp Business number and the Meta Developer portal; what’s missing is the end-to-end build that ties everything together with Azure and WAPI, all without custom coding.

Here is what success looks like:
• The user sends a text on WhatsApp → the bot greets them, asks follow-up questions, and delivers basic, evidence-based guidance or next-step suggestions.
• All processing happens through Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, or a comparable no-code flow) so I can monitor, scale, and update it easily.
• Meta webhook and WAPI are configured so incoming messages reach the Azure workflow instantly and replies land back in the same chat.
• A lightweight dashboard or config file lets me tweak symptom rules, greetings, and disclaimers without touching code.

Please bring your experience with WhatsApp Business API, Meta Developer setup, Azure no-code tooling, and any conversational AI you prefer (OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, or similar). Once you demonstrate the bot running on my number, I will test common symptom scenarios; if the flow is smooth and the advice messages are clear and correctly formatted, we are done.
