Cloud Integration-BA Task

ABC Semiconductor INC. is a manufacturer of semiconductors and operates four production plants with production critical servers running on each site. The company’s mission is to build the best chips for the next generation of smartphones and computers. While the company is currently the market leader it faces a lot of competition from newcomers and needs to renew its on-premise IT infrastructure. To stay ahead of the competition, the board of ABC semiconductor INC has given a waiver to use the Azure Cloud for modernizing the infrastructure landscape. The IT operations team has put together the CMDB which contains the server list as well as the database list and has given this list to Kliff to evaluate different pricing options for moving to the Cloud.

The task is to prepare a presentation for the management board of ABC Semiconductor so that a decision can be made to move to the Azure Cloud.
