Build azure pipeline yaml file to deploy

I have a python based service, which is dockerized and uses local folders as volumes for the container. I want to have it deployed on azure as a webapp or container instance, however not able to inject the storage containers as volumes. Need an Azure DevOps freelancer to prepare the yaml file for this, which then I can use
