Build a Full Automated System to Extract Product Offers from WhatsApp & Email into Excel (AI + Power Automate + Azure)

I am looking for an experienced automation specialist to build a fully automated system that collects daily product offers sent to me via WhatsApp Business and email, extracts all relevant product information using AI (LLMs), cleans and standardizes the data, and then inserts the results into a structured Excel Online file.

I receive 30–50 offers per day in multiple formats (PDF, Excel, images, photos from WhatsApp, etc.). The system must be 100% automated, robust, and scalable.

Project Requirements
1. Data Inputs

WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API)

Automatically receive incoming media files (PDF, Excel, photos, images).

Retrieve document URLs and forward them into the workflow.

Email integration (Outlook / Gmail)

Automatically extract attachments from incoming emails.

Forward files to the AI extraction module.

2. AI-Based Data Extraction & Normalization

Using GPT (OpenAI API or Azure OpenAI), the system must:

Extract product information from:

PDFs (tables, text, mixed)

Excel files

Photos / images sent via WhatsApp

Correct spelling errors (e.g., product names miswritten)

Normalize:

Product names

Packaging formats (e.g. “6x750ml” → “Carton of 6 × 0.75 L”)

Units (kg, L, carton, pallet, etc.)

Prices and price formats

Detect and standardize currency (EUR, USD, GBP), even when implicit.

Flag inconsistencies (wrong units, conflicting prices, strange values, etc.)

Return structured JSON ready to be inserted into Excel.

3. Excel Online Integration

Automatically append new lines to an Excel Online file stored on OneDrive / SharePoint.

Update existing product entries when the same product + supplier already exists.

Source (Email or WhatsApp)
