AI-Based Data Analyzer for SharePoint

I'm looking for a product development which will analyze the data from existing data sources such as on-prem File share, on-prem SharePoint farms and SharePoint Online tenants and recommend the new and streamlined Information Architecture for that data using AI based analysis. This is the phase-1 of this product. If it's successfully delivered, then there will be more phases of this product. I'm looking for someone who has strong hands-on knowledge and development experience on SharePoint (on-prem and online), M365 (Teams, OneDrive), File Share, Autentication, Microsoft Entra ID, Information Architecture, metadata, content sensitivity, retention, Azure (Cosmos DB (Gremlin API), SQL DB, Durable functions, Service Bus), Azure OpenAI, Syntex classifiers, NLP models, SignalR hub for ASP.NET Core, Next.js, D3.js, React, .NET 8 WebAPI, Graph API, CSOM, REST, SOAP, JSON etc. The person should have strong knowledge in implementing security in the product and finally package it and make it available on Microsoft commercial store. Payment will be done at the end.
