Azure transition and transformation

I am looking for Azure Engineers/Architects who can work with me collaboratively (and screen sharing while working together) with the Azure transition and transformation activities on a per hour basis. Skills and experience required for this project include:
- Multi-Tenancy & Connectivity
- Azure AD
- IaaS
- Networking
- Security
- DevOps
Successful freelancers should have prior experience with the above skills, especially in the areas of Multi-tenancy, Azure AD, and IaaS. A technical interview will assess the level of freelancer's skill and willingness to work collaboratively.
The desired timeline for completing the project is less than 1 month.
