Azure B2C configuration with MFA

I have configured Azure B2C tenant with MFA on my Azure subscription, the custom policies have been uploaded, but when I attempt to sign in as the admin i get an error "user id not found"...also on the policy link within Azure B2C identity management framework, when i click on the "run now" button...I get no QR code..it shows up with a broken link...urgent assistance needed please...long term engagement possible
