Azure VPN & Private Endpoints Setup

I'm needing an expert to assist me with Azure VPN and setting up private endpoints. The main goal is to establish secure remote access to resources, and establish private network connectivity.

We will do it through screen sharing and I will follow your instructions.

Your expertise should include:

- Comprehensive understanding of Azure VPN and private endpoints
- Able to work with various operating systems including, but not limited to, Windows, MacOS, and Linux
- Experience in handling projects that don't involve connecting existing on-premises network to Azure

Your responsibilities will be:

- Guiding me through the setup
- Ensuring the connection is secure and private

Current state:
1. Created Virtual network
2. Created subnets in VNet
3. Created Private endpoints in the subnet
4. Created and able to connect to Azure VPN Gateway from laptop

Issue:
Unable to reach private endpoint from VPN

Required final state:
1. Make our app in Azure App Service available in Vnet without disrupting Prod traffic
2. Private endpoints to be available to app from within Vnet
3. Private endpoints to be available to laptops through Azure VPN
4. Setup instructions for Mac, Windows and Linux for VPN
5. App service URL to be available only from within VPN, but the public endpoint should be reachable from public internet.
