Azure VPN Gateway configuration

I'm looking for a Freelancer who can help me configure an Azure VPN Gateway. Specifically, I need a Site-to-Site connection established and configured. I have the necessary existing resources to do this, but I need someone with the experience and knowledge to implement this solution correctly. I have no control over the onsite device and there is a problem of overlapping IP Addresses between my Azure Vnet and the Onsite address spaces.
