Azure Speech Services Prototype App - Delivering Diarized JSON File

I need a proof of concept application using Azure Speech Services.

Requirements:
- Vite/React frontend
- FastAPI backend
- Minimalist design with:
- Record button
- Stop recording button
- Area to display and download a diarized JSON file

Functionality:
1. Frontend records audio.
2. Sends audio to backend.
3. Backend uploads audio to Azure Blob Storage for batch processing with Azure Speech REST API.
4. Returns diarized JSON file to frontend.
5. .env file for Azure credentials
6. a requirements.txt file to list a required packages
7. A clear readme file explaining how to use and deploy the package

I am happy to give temporary access to an Azure Portal for setup.

Deliverables:
- Basic functionality, no user authentication needed.
- Post the entire project in a GitHub repo
- Structure: Frontend folder, Backend folder
- Appropriate comments in code, explaining functionality

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in Vite, React, FastAPI
- Familiar with Azure Speech Dervices and Blob Storage
- Experience with audio processing and REST APIs
